It had been ages since Ame had had any excitement, and after losing two homeworlds and relocating a few times, for the most part she was alright with that. She'd recovered from her run in with Sephiroth a while ago, and she had gotten her face back to looking more normal then she thought she could. If one looked really closely, they could see a bit of scarring inside her eye, but it wasn't nearly as bad as it had been, and it had been her useless eye anyhow. She didn't need it, she had another. The bruises had healed, and she wasn't as jumpy as she had been. She was, almost okay.

The Heartless had come back, and it wasn't her idea of a good time. Granted, she still had Mushi. He had his own little bed in her apartment, and he slept most of the time, but she was okay with that. He was a good Shadow. She didn't have to worry about him eating furniture or peeing on the floor, he used the restroom like anyone else, and even took the paper in there with him. He even kept the seat down. He was perfect, really.

But she did miss old friends, and by old friends she meant Sora. He'd left and she hadn't seen him in what felt like ages. She knew he'd come back some day, she just hoped he was okay. She hoped that a lot, but she never said anything. She figured some were able to tell, but she didn't care. She did miss him. A lot.

But, it didn't slow her down, like tonight, she decided after a romp in the snow, a hot bubble bath was in order. She put Mushi to bed and she got her nightie out and tossed it on the chair, and she lit some candles. She left her door slightly ajar, and she sank into the over filled bath, and let the smell of the bubblebath relax her.

Sora had recently received a message from the King, stating that the worlds were, once again, in danger and in need of his help to vanquish the threats against them. His first stop, of course, had been to Disney Castle to get his briefings from the King himself, but stop number two had been Hollow Bastion.

He had just come from Merlin's house where he'd paid Leon and the others a nice visit. He'd only intended on staying with them for maybe an hour or two but they had kept him far longer than he had expected--talking about what he'd been up to over the past year and then they'd asked him to head out and help take care of some of the Heartless. By the time he'd gotten away night had fallen...as had the temperature. Hollow Bastion already had a light dusting of snow and as soon as the sun set the clouds opened up and began to assault the town with a fresh snowfall.

The brunet made a beeline for Hollow Bastion's residential area, finding the familiar apartment building and taking the stairs two at a time till he came to the correct floor. He hadn't seen his friend Ame in a little under a year.

"I just hope she's still awake..." He frowned, bring his fist up to knock on the door...only to have it swing open. Sora went on full alert, a flash of light and Oblivion was secured firmly in his grasp as he tip-toed inside.

"Ame? Are you in here?" He called out, stepping further into the apartment.

He checked each and every room for any sign of his friend and found none. Becoming quite worried for her safety bit his lip, his sapphire gaze landing on a partly opened door--the only room he hadn't checked yet. Dashing forward, he burst through the door, sliding a little on the wet linoleum.

"Ame are you--ah..ah...Ame...er...hi..." He averted his gaze from the bathtub, his cheeks blazing scarlet from embarassment.

As she sat in the bath, she splashed around lightly. She thought of what she would do tomorrow and the next day. Everything seemed normal, but unknown to her, everything was beginning to go to Hell again. She wouldn't be happy when she did find out, but the good news about it going that was is the fact it potentially meant a reunion with Sora. Which was always a plus, so long as that moody friend of his and that girl weren't around. She couldn't remember their names, nor could she really seem to care at this point.

She leaned back onto the back of the tub, and she cracked her neck, and her shoulders lightly. She hadn't been able to relax like this in days. She sighed into the bubbles and blew some away from her face with a giggle. She went under for a second, wetted her long hair, and came back out. She knew she probably had a few bubbles clinging to her hair, and slowly sliding down, but who was here to see it?

Well, maybe she was wrong, maybe someone would see it. Her eyes went to the door as someone rushed through it. She almost wished she'd had her mace, but upon seeing who it was, all fear was replaced with excitement. Sora burst through the door! What was the likelihood that would ever happen again!? She smiled widely and she cried excitedly, "Sora!"

She pulled herself out of the water, and made straight for him, not even thinking about the fact she was A) Naked and B) Soaking wet. She hugged him tightly, and she knew something felt a little off, but she didn't stop to think what it might have been[oh, I dunno, maybe the fact she had no clothes on?]

"I, er, hi Ame..." He bit his lip awkwardly and slowly began to back out of the bathroom to give her her privacy when she jumped out of the tub and started towards him.

He felt a weight press against him and chanced a glance away from the tile floor just in time see Ame latch onto him. The Keyblade Master stiffened uncomfortably, he'd never seen a naked girl before let alone had one hug him, the poor boy didn't know what to do! Almost mechanically, he brought his arms up and wrapped them around her in a light hug, finding other things in the bathroom to stare at--anything--aside from the dripping wet, naked girl who was embracing him. His sapphire gaze landed on a towel hanging from the wall on a hook and he quickly snatched it, taking a step back and draping it over her shoulders.

"S-Sorry. I came to visit and I noticed that your front door was opened and I got worried that something might have happened. I checked the entire house and I couldn't find you anywhere! And then I noticed that the bathroom door was opened and I didn't know if you were hurt or even here and I..I didn't mean to barge in here like that!" He rambled, stuttering and stumbling over his words a few times.

She noticed he looked the same, give or take a bit of height difference and a bit more muscle. She didn't understand why he was so uncomfortable about all this. Shouldn't a boy his age like a naked girl all over him? Naked...n.a.k.e.d...oops She looked down and she did notice she was infact naked. She understood why he seemed to awkward now. Whoops! She giggled lightly, and she tugged the towel around her, though her body was covered, the towel was short and her legs were mostly bare, and what was under the thin material left little up to imagination. Not that he needed to imagine anything since she had just attacked him in the nude.

She cackled as he seemed to awkward. She waved it off with a shake of her hand. "I appreciate the concern and am glad to see you." She smiled sweetly. She pulled her towel closer, the water making it cling to her even more then before. "I should get better about locking that door though. I'll just get dressed."

She started to turn away , and she looked back over her shoulder miischiviously. She wasn't as innocent as she had been, she wasn't some dirty tramp, but she wasn't as unsure of herself, feelings and all that anymore either. She started to drop the towel as she pushed her long hair to one side, "That is, unless you wanted to join me in the bath, there is plenty of room." She said, dragging her eyes up his body lightly as she smiled a cheeky smile.

Sora nodded his head, making sure sure to keep his eyes trained on the wall tiles just above her head, refusing to let his gaze stray any lower. She was his friend, seeing her in such a compromising way was bizarre and not right at all--it was like walking in and seeing Riku naked. He pulled a face, scrunching up his nose and shaking his head, hoping that the image of an unclothed Riku would get tossed out with the motion. Gahh, bad example. This is nothing like that. Ugh. Alright Sora,think of something else to distract your mind! He bit his lip, Okay, puppies. Cute puppies playing on the beach. Puppies with wagging tails and cold noses. Aha, it worked! The brunet Keyblade Master mentally cheered himself on for a successful tactic to rid his mind of those unwanted images. So, maybe this wasn't the same as seeing Riku naked...but still! Sora didn't really want to see any of his friends naked, it was just...it just didn't feel right.

"Yeah, you need to be more careful Ame! You don't know who could be lurking around town with unsavory intentions.." He frowned, completely forgetting their current situation and glancing down at her [he was a few inches taller than her] before feeling his cheeks heat up considerably and he glanced away again, unable to meet her eyes, "Maybe you could leave a little note or something to remind you to lock it?"

He nodded his head at her suggestion to get dressed and was about to turn around when her next comment made him freeze. His face burned crimson, "W-What..? N-no, I, uh. I already showered and..uh...OH! I forgot Riku at home! Ugh, this isn't good, mom's on vacation visiting family...there's no one there to feed and walk him!" He began to pace around the bathroom while muttering indiscernible things to himself, "He's going to be so fat from not getting his exercise by the time I get back!" He paused and then cried out, "Or dead from not being able to find the food!" He was a mess, all he could think about was the poor Leprecahn that he'd captured a little over a year ago in Honneh Lee and what sort of misfortunes were befalling the creature in his absence.
