[/size]These are the learn-able spells and they become stronger with each upgrade to them.
Fire
Surrounds you with a rotating circle of flames, harming all enemies right next to you; its range and power grows as the spell upgrades. Cost: 30mp
Aero
Aero spells form a miniature tornado that launches their target into the air, and can even be used to shield the user. Cost: 30mp
Blizzard
Flies straight ahead and hits with a minor explosion, although it does not harm enemies near the explosion site. Cost: 30mp
Cure
is used to heal the caster and/or his or her allies, generally acquiring an area-of-effect as its rank increases, and is instantly effective. Cost: 40mp
Reflect
It produces a barrier of light for a second that guards from attacks, nullifying all damage, then it goes away. Also, if any level of Reflect successfully guards an attack, it unleashes a spray of light around the dome that does damage equal to the enemy's attack power to anything hit by the light. Cost: 30mp
Thunder
Fires straight down from the sky, striking a target. Also, Thundaga has an excellent 'spread' on the ground, hitting any enemies too close to the target. Cost: 30mp
Magnet
Magnet is a special type of magic that attracts enemies, orbs, and items towards a magnetic orb it creates. As the rank of the magic increases, the orb becomes bigger and more powerful. Cost: 30mp
Zero Gravity
Flings nearby enemies into the air where they slowly lose HP and become temporarily confused. Cost: 30mp
Slow
It slows down the movements and attacks of enemies within a certain radius. Cost: 30mp
Mage Magic
Mage's are able to use elemental magic, not just in attacks, but in everyday life. For example; say you've been wandering around, munny-less, in the middle of nowhere for days and you're thirsty. You can rearrange the water molecules in the air to produce enough water to drink and re-hydrate yourself. Mages have more control over their magic because they were born with it rather than having to learn specific spells so they're able to control and direct their magic better than those who aren't mages.
Mages can be a little more creative with their magic, and in battle they will be treated like anyone else. Depending on what your spells do will decide how much MP it costs, if you have any questions feel free to PM JADE or RORY.
