Darkness was all around the small hill upon which Roxas sat. His blue eyes struggled to see his surroundings. Normally when he came to a new world, he adapted easily. But not here. It was strange. Possibly it could be since it is still a human world, the adaptions are unnecessary. Sighing, the spiky haired Nobody kicked his feet against the ground, unamusingly. The stars above glistened brightly, bringing in a little light, though not enough. Beside the small twinkling stars laid the moon, just bright enough to let in some light and leave Roxas in awe. He had always loved sunset the best. But Midnight was a close second.
Finally glad to be free of Sora's existence and entity, Roxas had fled, running far away as he could from the World where he last saw Sora, in The World That Never Was. Somehow, he'd managed to use his own heart, a feat he had not known possible, and manifest himself outside of Sora's body. His counterpart's memories lingered ever so lightly in his mind and Roxas was glad in a way. He didn't have many of his own memories, and if he grew tired of Sora, he could always supress them.
"Ugh. I don't know what to do now. I always figured Freedom would be so much livelier. I guess I could go back and see Hayner, Pence and Olette... But Sora's been there.. They'll notice the difference won't they? Or at least the similarities.." Roxas sighed, laying his head down on his knees. "I HATE YOU SORA!!" Roxas lifted his arms in the air and called Oathkeeper to him, along with Oblivion, slashing at the trees surrounding him in a swift movement, leaving his spot on the hill slightly bare.
The Nobody sighed. More destruction.
((>.< I feel failish))

Another day, another world to explore. At least, she thought it was supposed to be day out but as soon as she had arrived the first—if not most obvious—thing that she had noticed was that there was nothing but darkness. Kiaxi stepped out of her Dark Portal somewhere close to the edge of town where forest met civilization. Strangely enough there were people milling about doing their daily chores and rituals—as if it were the most normal thing in the world to do things at night. She didn’t judge, maybe the people here were nocturnal or something of the sort. That was when her amethyst gaze strayed to the bright neon sign not too far off from where she was; Midnite Hollow.
“Oh, that makes sense I guess.” So this world was similar to that of Twilight Town in the sense that it stayed consistent in its time of day. It was always midnight here.
Her attention was stolen away from the neon sign and the town by the sounds something being hit against a solid object—it was coming from the forest so more than likely it was a tree that was being hit. But why? Her curiosity was peaked, turning on her heel she darted beneath the dark cloak of the forest.
Navigating her way through the dense growth with nothing to guide her but the sounds she soon stumbled upon a small clearing with a hillside. The sounds were a lot louder here. Squinting her eyes against the darkness her gaze landed on a boy, who looked about her age [if Nobodies had ages, that is], and he seemed rather miffed by something—unless pounding away at trees was a hobby of his.

Roxas continued swining his keyblades around, angrily slicing up the forest and sending bundles of nature's creations flying behind him. He twitched and turned suddenly, looking at what appeared to be a girl behind him. His blue eyes widened and the boy blushed in embarassment. He turned to run, grinding his teeth together, and tripped upon a fallen tree."Ouch! Ugh.. That hurt," he muttered rubbing his foot. His blonde hair swished with the night air and he glared at the girl before him, who now that he looked closer was a nobody. Whoa! Who's she...? The teenager sighed and brushed himself off before speaking. "Hey. Who are you," he asked, looking at her through squinted eyes.

She continued to watch him carefully as he took out all of his frustrations on the forest around them. Kiaxi vaguely wondered what it had been that had pissed him off so much but decided that it was probably none of her concern--she shouldn't have even been there in the first place. He was bound to notice her staring sooner or later and she wasn't too keen on having those blades--those keyblades--turned on her. Not that she couldn't defend herself, because she definitely could, and if anything she had speed on her side and could easily make a hasty retreat should things turn sour.
Her bright amethyst eyes lit up in amusement when he noticed her and tried to run away, only to trip and fall over an over turned log. Kiaxi had to bite her lip to keep herself from laughing at his misfortune.
The dark haired Nobody quirked an eyebrow at his curiosity towards her and tilted her head to the side with a lazy smile, "My name's Kiaxi." She considered him a moment before adding,"And you are? You must be pretty special if you're able to wield Keyblades--not many people can do that." She seemed mildly impressed.

Roxas looked at the girl. He wondered if he should mention that he was a nobody, or if she could already tell and it was a given. The blonde teenager sighed. His Dark robe hang low to his feet and drifted with the wind, hovering barely above Roxas' shoes. The tom lowered his keyblades, watching as they disappeared in that special light that they often did. I don't want to be lost anymore. I'm ready to be free. I am my own person now. I don't depend on Sora OR his memories. Why... Why aren't I free? His thoughts pounded hard in his mind as he stared at the girl
Kiaxi, she said. What a strange name... Roxas smiled at her, trying to eliminate this awkward feeling that stemmed from being around her. "Kiaxi... It suits you. I'm Roxas." The boy shook his head. "I don't think I'm too special. I'm just a nobody. Keyblades are just a weapon right?" Roxas' blue eyes seemed to smile as he looked at Kiaxi. "What are you doing here? I thought most girls didn't like to be in the dark..?"
