Kaito's skills, and intelligence prevent him from getting caught. He is also very skilled at performing magic tricks and illusions. Kaito is also known for his acrobatic and daredevil-like antics. Kaito can also imitate practically any voice without the aid of a special device. His costumes and disguises are top notch as well. Kaito can even make someone believe he is their husband, son, or family member.
Kaitou Kid uses a number of gadgets to help with his thievery. Most notable are the sharp, thin metal playing cards shot by a card gun, a cape that can unfold into a hang glider, pink smoke bombs, and blow-up mannequins of himself which act as decoys to distract the inspector.
MAGIC: Complicated parlor magic and illusions.
ABILITIES: n/a

APPEARANCE::
Kaito has unruly shaggy chestnut-brown hair that comes down to a little below his ears in messy layers. His eyes are a dazzling shade of light sapphire, perpetually giving off a mischievous sparkle as if he knows something that you don't [or has the greatest prank idea bouncing around his skull]. He's of average height, about 5'8" and weighing 127lbs, making him a rather thin boy with an extraordinarily lithe and flexible body.
He wears casual everyday clothing for the most part, whatever is comfortable and clean that is lying around his room basically. But when he adopts his 'alter-ego' Kaitou K.I.D he goes all out. Wearing a white suit and cape combo with a blue collared undershirt and a red tie, a monocle over his right ear and a white tophat with a blue ribbon tied around the base.
PERSONALITY:
Kaito is very much against violence, he doesn't like to see others get hurt and would do everything in his power to protect those around him, even if it means risking his own life to ensure their safety.
Kaito is very intelligent, and loves pulling harmless pranks on people, often involving magic. After learning about his father's alter ego, Kaito picks up where his father left off and assumes his identity in order to investigate his mysterious death.
Kid is infamous for having a rather arrogant attitude, always preferring to create as big a bang as possible. He loves nothing more then leading the police in wild goose chases, letting them get within a hair of catching him before exiting one way or another. Seemingly having a soft-spot for his fans, there has been more then one occasion when Kid has refused to show when the police tried to bar the general public from witnessing his act. Kaitou Kid is also quite a charmer, seeming to always know just what to say to the ladies to leave them speechless. Kid hates to see others get hurt, and never hesitates in leaping to rescue someone, whether physically or mentally.
HISTORY:
Toichi Kuroba was the original Kaitou Kid. Toichi as Kid was the greatest jewel thief in Japan as well as the best stage magician in Japan until he was murdered in a fake magic accident. Sometime prior to his death Toichi had his attendant and friend Konosuke Jii promise him that he would never tell Kaito about his thieving.[1] It seems that Kaito's mother was aware of her husband's double life and is aware that Kaito discovered Toichi's secret room within their household.
Konosuke Jii temporarily portrayed Kaitou Kid eight years following Toichi's death during a fake magic accident in an effort to lure out Toichi's murderers. Jii ceases being Kid and becomes Kaito's assistant upon seeing Kaito rightfully take Toichi's place as the Kaitou Kid.
Kaito Kuroba is the current Kaitou Kid. Kaito is a second-year student at Ekoda High School Class 2-B alongside his childhood friend Aoko Nakamori, the witch Akako Koizumi, and transfer student detective Saguru Hakuba. Kaito discovers his father's identity as the original Kaitou Kid after eight years following his death thanks to a secret room inside his house as well as talking with his father's attendant and friend, Konosuke Jii. Wanting to pick up where Jii left off, Kaito continues to be Kaitou Kid in an effort to lure out his father's murderers by making Kid a world-famous thief once again. It isn't until the Blue Birthday heist that the murderers appear and reveal that they are searching for the doublet red-coloured gem Pandora, said to shed tears of immortality during the passing of a particular comet. Upon realizing the organization's aim and that his father was killed for his refusal to aid them in retrieving Pandora, Kaito vows as Kaitou Kid to find the Pandora gem first and shatter it into pieces.
On a particularly gloomy night, during one of his heists, Kaitou was making his escape with his catch via hang-glider when he was swallowed up by a gaping black hole in the sky. He lost consciousness and when he woke up, sum odd number of hours later, he was in a strange town lit by many street lamps and neon lights; Traverse Town. Kaitou had never even imagined that there were other worlds with human life on them out there and is bothered by the thought of how he had arrived in such a place. He sold the gem that he had stolen from his own world for a pretty sum of munny and was able to afford a small Gummi Ship to take him from world to world in search of his own home.

She was in constant motion, never staying in one place for long extended periods of time before moving on to the next world. Kiaxi was in search of the memories that she had lost when becoming a Nobody and thought that maybe if she traveled to different worlds she’d perhaps run into someone or something that would trigger a forgotten memory or two. It wasn’t a very thought-through theory but it was the best that she could come up with and since it was her only lead it was better than nothing she supposed.
On today’s agenda was a world she’d never been to before [obviously otherwise she wouldn’t have come back in the first place], it seemed like a rather peaceful place to live. She arrived via Dark Portal and was almost certain that she had come in the late afternoon by the position of the setting sun. Her amethyst eyes strayed to the fading medley of oranges, pinks and purples mixing together above her. It really was a beautiful sight, perhaps searching for memory triggers could wait a few hours. Kiaxi certainly wasn’t in any hurry; she could spare a couple hours to just relax. It’s not like she got much time to herself to really sit back and watch the sunset, she was usually always on the move, granted it was of her own will, but still.
Her eyes lingered on the pastel swirls hanging in the sky above for a few extra minutes before she continued to explore the town, this time at a leisurely pace. Where she had come out of her Dark Portal had seemed more like the residential area than anything else, it wasn’t very busy at all. It was sort of nice; she didn’t like being in crowded places and unfortunately for her most of the worlds that she had previously visited had been bustling with life. This one seemed a little more laid back.
The dark haired Nobody let her feet carry her across the cobblestone roads and over several grassy knolls before her boots collided—more like sunk—into the sand the lined the shore of the beach. Her mind had been elsewhere and not really paying much attention to her surroundings until she noticed that it was gradually becoming difficult to walk. Snapping out of her daze she found herself face to face with the blue-green waters of the ocean and the lull of the waves rolling onto shore. Her eyes widened a fraction; she’d never seen an ocean before—never even been to a beach. Not only was the scenery aesthetically pleasing, but it was so tranquil, she could definitely find herself getting used to coming here and staring out to sea whenever she was troubled.
The familiar whoosh of a dark portal closing caught her attention, followed by a voice cursing his unfortunate luck. She tilted her head to the side and scanned the shoreline for—oh, there he was. He was wearing the same cloak as she was but by the looks of him he was more than likely aligned with those crazy Organization XIII fellows. She knew that she should be on edge; rumor had it that those guys were a pretty dangerous lot. But by glancing him over he really didn’t seem too dangerous.
