Weight: 124 lbs.
Hair Color/Style: long messy light brown ponytail
Face Claim: Elena Salazar from Trauma Center: New Blood
Brief Overview:
Linai is of average height and weight for her age group; she's very slender, having an athletic and acrobatic built. It's easy to see that she's good at running, climbing, and overall simply moving swiftly. Linai has relatively pale skin and light, chocolate brown eyes with light brown hair. Her hair, usually fashioned in a long, jagged, messy ponytail of brown on the top of her head and hanging to the side, goes down to about the bottom of her rib cage when it's up in a ponytail. When her hair is down, it goes to about her mid-lower back.
When it comes to fashion attire, Linai tends to wear the more pop or punk styles. Generally, her outfit has leggings or skinny jeans, a tutu-like skirt, and then some plain button-up collared shirt. Occasionally she wears a tie or a black vest over the top of her outfit. For shoes, she either wears Converse or some tall boots. She has a leg holster, usually tucked up in her skirt, that holds six throwing knives at a time; she has deadly accurate aim with projectiles. As judging by her appearance, she's not too strong physically. She couldn't take on anything larger than herself with brute force.

Overview:
Linai is a sweet, wild, adventurous girl. At first glance, you'd see only a bubbly, friendly spirit, but once you get past the outside, you see that there's even more to her than that. She has a determination that can't be beat and a never-ending optimism. She can be fierce when she's upset, or else she can be very quiet. When saddened, she tends to get quieter and keep to herself; she doesn't enjoy feeling bad. When she's guilty, it's pretty easy to tell because she shuffles her feet on the ground and fiddles with her pockets.
She is stubborn when she wants to be, but otherwise she's very easy-going. She likes going on adventures and learning new things; whatever she does well in, she enjoys to do, and whatever she doesn't do well in she wishes she didn't have to do. She's pretty friendly and is a good judge of character; she's good at finding out who you are. She always wants to be helpful, but sometimes she ends up getting in the way because of it. She is a competent fighter. Because of teenage years, Linai can be overly emotional. She has this overwhelming desire to be with people.

Homeworld: Hollow Bastion
Overview:
Linai was born on Radiant Garden many years after the massive castle known as Hollow Bastion was formed. As a young girl, she remembers her mother and father telling stories of when Radiant Garden was overtaken by darkness and the Heartless, leaving only Hollow Bastion behind. Her parents said that they managed to escape in time, but they left behind all of their family and friends. As soon as Hollow Bastion was freed, they returned home, and then, about 32 years later, they had a daughter : Linai.
She lived for about six years before her mother and father were both killed by some stray Heartless. It was a freak accident that never should have happened, but it left Linai as an orphan with no family, no friends, and nowhere to go. She learned very quickly to survive on her own, and, fearing that one day the Heartless would return for her, she learned to fight using throwing knives and several different forms of martial arts. Unable to work efficiently to gain money to purchase food and necessary living items, she had to resort to stealing.
Once Linai reached the age of fifteen, she took her first job. She cleaned walkways for the Radiant Gardens and helped to organize books and such in libraries. Though it was hardly a decent pay, it gave her enough to buy necessities as well as to save up for and, at sixteen, purchase a small cottage in which she lived. Now at seventeen, Linai is a very confident and competent fighter, and she fights like one who is fighting to survive.

The young man Althaia had spoken to - Jasten - seemed to glance at her stuffed animal for only a second before returning his attention to her. She could see something in his eyes - something like... comfort. Relief. Was he happy to see her? Maybe he was just happy to know that he wasn't alone. It hadn't been the main thought in Allie's mind; no, she'd been more focused on getting out of the freezer and into the world where the sirens blared, the lights flashed in and out of the darkness like rats, and her appearance that seemed to relate to her panda. But she had considered it. It was good to know he was here...
He seemed a bit surprised when she'd said his name. That made two of them. Why exactly was his name common knowledge? Besides that he was the captain, that is... Althaia's eyes suddenly widened and she stared at the teenager before her with a knew realization. He was their captain! Captain Jasten Macala of Colony Six. This young man - this teenager - was their leader. Wait... teenager? Something clicked. Teenagers... no. They were supposed to be older than that... They were supposed t be different. So what had changed?
Jasten didn't seem to notice this as of yet; knowing, now, that he was a captain - and her superior - she felt like she'd be an annoyance if she pointed it out to him. But he was the captain... he ought to know, right? Well, he was the captain... he would know. Or... he should know. But what if he didn't know? It didn't matter; he didn't seem to notice the slight change in her expression as she'd made the realization. Those thoughts immediately fled from her mind as he responded to her earlier comment of excitement. The first word - the first thing he said - made the grin on her face grow wider. "Althaia."
Her name. That was her name. The captain knew her name, too? Did they both know everybody's name? Curiously, Althaia glanced to the other freezers, trying to peer through the glass to the sleeping bodies inside. If she saw their faces, would she recognize them? Would she really know them? If she didn't, surely Jasten would... he was the captain. He should know... right? This new life was confusing... Althaia hugged her panda close to her chest now, looking down at her feet; they were bare. With a rather perplexed look on her face, she wiggled her toes.
Jasten stepped closer to her and immediately she looked up, her gaze snapping to meet his. He tried to speak once more; she could hear his words partially stumbling and tripping, but for the most part, his speech was strong. The gears once again began to turn in her head. Her programming was beginning to set to work; all the knowledge she had of humans and their bodies, their needs, their patterns... all of it was slowly explaining to her why his speech was a bit choked. They hadn't talked... well, ever. They didn't know how, and yet, they did. Or, they could. It would take time. The years had been silent 'til now.
His voice was careful and curious, but he was smiling. "Are... are you okay? You're the only person I've seen who's out of their freezer..." At that point, Jasten took his turn glancing around, and Althaia made an attempt to speak and to put into practice what knowledge she had of mankind. "I supp...ose they're all kinda like babies... they won't come up 'til they're good and ready." She smiled sheepishly and added in a light tone, "Maybe they're still sleepy." She yawned, taking note of how her own speech occasionally slurred and stammered.
It was then that Althaia spotted Jasten shivering; she blinked curiously. The freezers... he was cold. The captain was cold. She asked slowly, "Captain, are you okay? You're shiv...ering an awful lot... maybe we ought to leave the freezer room for a while and tr...y to find some blankets and warmer clothes." Althaia thought it was reasonable; however, Jasten seemed enraveled in some other mystery. He was looking her over with critical, thoughtful eyes. Something about his stare made he feel a bit uncomfortable. She clutched her panda tighter, closer to her chin.
He shook his head a few moments later, as if someone didn't add up, and that's when she knew. "Jasten, we're not old enough. We didn't g...row up like we were supposed to. We're only teenagers." She blinked, looking at him with big eyes that silently pleaded for an answer. Did he know what had happened? Did he know why they were still young? She shook her head. "Answer on the way. We've gott...a go find clothes and blankets and stuff." Boldly, she grabbed at his hand and took off to what looked like an exit, determined to bring him with her even if it meant dragging him.Taken from a post as Althaia Rahael on Kylion: chronicles of colony six.
