PENDING! I absolutely love the application and The Doctor in general! But I can't be biased here. - The site is canon-free. So we need you to make him an original character. It wouldn't be a hard thing for you to do, I'm sure.
- It's in the rules that you have to use an anime/manga faceclaim. That is, unless you've got exceptionally well done original art of your character that you made or someone made for you. The one you found is really good but, chances are, you can find an anime/manga character that matches Matt Smith pretty good if you wanted to.
- I'm not saying you have to change your faceclaim yet, or at all necessarily. It'll depend on how well you do his application. Though, it also wouldn't hurt to change it now.
Fix all that and we'll look the application over again for you.
