I'm embracing you with my heart, I'm spreading wings to wrap you up, Both in good times and bad, I'll be near you.
------------------------------------------- Lelouch didn't understand anything here. He thought he understood the ways of the world, of humans, but he was wrong. Darkness had changed everything. He didn't get where he'd ended up, and he didn't like it. He'd lost so much, s it seemed others here had. He didn't know their stories. He didn't want to know their stories and he didn't want to share his. He kept to himself from the time he'd gotten here, and he spoke only when spoken to, and people seemed to have other problems here and didn't bother with another loner who turned up. That was fine with him.
He walked slowly, thinking of what had been in his world. His friends, Suzaku, Nunnally. At least he knew Rolo hadn't suffered more then he had to, and Lelouch had been with him until the very end. Rolo was in a better place, if there was such a thing. He would like to think his other friends were there too, but he couldn't be sure. He would say they were though, for the sake of his sanity. He felt like a failure enough as it was, being spared whilest others paid the ultimate price. He didn't deserve it.
His head was slow, and his hair fell in his face. He scuffed his shoes against the ground. He sighed, and he pushed himself into a shadow, he leaned on the wall, and he pressed on leg against it, and he reclined his head lightly. His purple eyes looked out over the street, and he saw nothing that caught his eye at this point. Would something change his mind?
------------------------------------------- It seems like everything's been cold to you, And there's no end to the dark night, But even so, a beginning will take place so, I'll always watch you.

we're only human separated by our thoughts sohang onto them or you'll find you might get caught Ebony had finally manage to get out of Traverse Town. She would head back home soon because in her opinion the people there needed her - Next to a handful of people she was one of only a few others that could fight and kill the heartless. She walked along the streets of Hollow Bastion looking around watching the people around her. As she passed a a building she grazed her hand along its stone wall. She was wearing a black spaghetti strap top underneath a fishnet cut tee with a pair of shorts, an a steam punk jacket. She was wearing a pair of four and a half inch heeled boots and a pair of gloves. Ebony had sunglasses covering her eyes, her blue eyes scanning her surroundings as she walked.
Stopping in the middle of the street she looked around and removed her sunglasses and tucked them on the inside of her jacket, Turning around she spotted a man leaning up against the wall in shadows well hidden you couldn't really see him or any of his features but you could see his pale skin and his silhouette. She tilted her head to the side. She found someone standing in the shadows odd. Well odd for a normal person anyhow. Normally only those who were with heartless and nobodies hid in the shadows. Walking close she spoke as she tucked her black hair behind her ears,
"Are you okay?"

------------------------------------------- He hadn't noticed that he'd been noticed. The one time terrorist figured he was losing his touch. At one time he was one jump ahead of any and everyone. Now he was being snuck up on by girls. He jumped lightly as she spoke, and he lifted his head briefly. He didn't know the voice, but he figured it wouldn't hurt to check, but then again, it could have. Acknowledgment usually kept people from leaving him alone, but he knew better then to be rude to a lady.
"That's a loaded and very complicated question." He said quietly, his voice deep and rather hoarse from lack of use. "But, I suppose the short answer to it would be," he continued, "Physically I'm fine...mentally I'd be more unsure." She didn't ask to know all of that, and he didn't have to say anything to her at all, but he had now, and that was that, so he needed to just move on and see how this went. Maybe conversion with someone would be good for him, it'd been a while since he had last talked to anyone. Last person he talked to was now dead...dead from saving him.

"Is there anything I can do to help?"
She figured there wasn't but it never hurt to ask. If she could help she would. Slaying heartless wasn't the only thing she was capable of doing to help people. Ebony was a good listener. She could listen to people talk give some advice but she stubbornly always turned a deaf ear on those that wanted to listen and help her.
She hated telling people her problems but sometimes she did because it was the only way people would talk to get whatever it was off their chest.

------------------------------------------- She didn't deserve the cold shoulder he seemed to be giving her. He wasn't normally so cold, but at this point he didn't care how he acted. He sighed, and he looked back at her. Was there anything she could do to help? Probably not. "I doubt it." He said lowly.
He didn't mean to be so snippy, or rude. But he knew that she probably didn't actually expect a real explaination of how he felt. Most people didn't want it, they just wanted to make themselves feel better by asking. He wasn't sure that was her case, but he figured that was the case. "Why do you ask?"
