 After the Gravity Children were released into the world they started the grand movement of Air Treks, but the movement was the dividing line between the United States and Japan. There has been a huge war going on between the RIDERS of the east, and the Windstorm G-men for overall control; People getting arrested under suspicion, raids on teams participating in events, and the captured RIDERS consequentially tortured for information.
Countless police officers profile children who want to enjoy a brand new toy, and bodies pile up from mysterious mass murders. Beneath the core of this chaos is a monstrous team controlled by King-levels that have been calling themselves The Harvest and giving those who mistreat RIDERS hell.
Across the world in America there is the opposite end of the spectrum. Citizens have started to embrace the movement, in fact they are contributing to it in horrible ways. Parents prostitute their children out for fame, in attempts to dilute the traditionalist ideals of Air Trek. Subjecting their children to rigorous tests of will and improvements to their muscles and terrifyingly their minds.
The world has started to cultivate those with "Potential" and send them to SIGMAC, a state side based school of higher learning for Air Treks. The school gave qualifying students mock replicas of the original regalia, and molding tuners for students that have gone on to progress as riders. This has forced those who aren't "Chosen" by the school to be put in public schools, and under the radar they hold true to the underground ideals of the old ways.
