Sentenza briskly walked away from Sophia's apartment building after having been told off by Ivy just a few moments earlier. He felt awful about how he had acted towards Saki. He wanted to explain why he had gotten so defensive, but he felt it would just end up sounding like some lame excuse. DAR trailed along behind Sentenza, a little cautiously. DAR new it wasn't a good idea to get on Sentenza's bad side, especially when he was in a rather poor mood, which Sentenza definitely was. After getting a few blocks away from the building, Sentenza sat down on a bench and folded his hands, resting his face against them with his nose peaking out just above the folded fingers and his elbows on his knees. His blue eyes glazed over a little as he entered a state of brooding thought. Sure, Saki had attacked DAR, which Sentenza had taken great offense too since the floating piece of metal was a part of him, but did he really have to act so callously towards her? It didn't help that he had just walked off and left when he could've gone to help empathy. The ironic thing about Sentenza was that he knew how everyone around him felt, but because of how reserved he tended to be, very few people knew how Sentenza felt.

Kadence stepped out of the alleyway and stretched. Blinking, she let her eyes adjust to the darkness that she hadn't seen in a good couple of months. A small smile stretch across the young teen's face as she surveyed her home world. Even though she had had fun traversing the world and growing stronger, which she had definitely grown stronger, it was nice to be home.
The click-clack of her Converse high-tops against the cobblestone was a welcoming sound that she had dearly missed. Her first stop would have to be home. She had been able to reach her parents, and tell them what had happened, but she needed to get home and see how everyone is.
She stepped into the plaza of the Second District. Of course, she couldn't come home without being welcomed by the local Heartless welcoming committee. Kadence scowled, but quickly drew her blade. Snapping her fingers, a light veil of wind appeared around her small body. She bent her knees slightly before rocketing forward. Now would be a good time to see how much she had grown in her fighting skills since being whisked away by Kiaxi's dark portal.
She danced across the battle field, phasing into thin air as she preformed her Double Cross. Appearing again only to disappearing, she took out a couple of Heartless, but she winced as she was tripped up. Holding her blade up she cast Thunder around the area, taking out two Heartless at a time.

Sentenza blinked and stood up. He though he heard the sound of a scuffle coming from nearby. Sentenza summoned his scythe and ran in the direction of the noise, shouldering is scythe. Sentenza watched as Kadence fought the heartless off. He wans't one to stand by, so he helped by jumping into the fray, slashing through the heartless with his scythe in a long graceful arm strokes. "Hey, hey, this should bring up yer spirits kid." DAR said. "Quiet." Came Sentenza's response, as he cast fire at a small group of heartless, then used Zero Shift to teleport out of a growing mob.
Sentenza looked at the group of heartless and stood at the ready in his normal battle pose once again. "Dude, get over yourself." DAR muttered from within his scythe state. "I said quiet." came Sentenza's response. Almost on queue he started to slash through the creatures of darkness once again. Once he could tell the group had shrunk considerably (dwindling to a few, now retreating heartless) from his and KAde's joint efforts, Sentenza turned around started to walk away, turning DAR back into his normal piece-of-metal form. Sentenza saw no reason to be carrying a weapon around if he wasn't fighting.

Kadence rammed her blade through one Heartless and spun around, dragging the other Heartless, they both collided and burst into a puff of dark smoke. Her dark orbs shifted over to the other boy that had suddenly appeared in the fray. The battle was soon ended because of their joint efforts.
Kadence straightened up, relaxing from battle stance once all the Heartless were gone. She blinked as the older boy started to move away. His weapon disappeared. Her eyebrows knitted.
"Hey! Where are you going?!" she yelled. Did he think he could just cut into her battle and walk away? A strange voice came from his direction, but he didn't seem to be the owner. Instead, the floating piece of metal caught her attention.
Kade huffed and put her hands on her hips. "Oh c'mon," she muttered to herself. Did he think she was some damsel in distress that needed saving? Well she would show him damsel in distress.
Kadence took off running after the boy and quickly caught up, shifting around him to where she was running backwards and facing him. "Hey, you jump into my battle and just run off? Who are you?" Her dark eyes were narrowed and twinkling. Now that she looked at him, he was quite cute. She hadn't had time to notice that during their quick battle. She shook her head, blinking away the distraction. "I could have taken on the Heartless myself, thank you very much."
During Kade's recent travels, she had developed a sense of independence that she normally didn't have before. Since she had grown a bit stronger, it had made her believe that she could and would protect herself and that she never wanted to burden someone else with that responsibility, especially after the night her father risked his life for her and the night Sora saved her.

"Ooooh, she's a feisty one." DAR snickered. Sentenza just shot him a venomous glance. "I didn't know I wans't aloud to simply give stranger a helping hand." Sentenza said, looking over the girl that was just a little younger them him, a year or so. "And since you asked, my name is Sentenza Hoshizuki. You would be . . .?" Sentenza, though he was rather upset, kept his cool and calm composure. His voice was crisp, and showed absolutely nothing of his mood. Nor did his mood. "Aw, don't pay attention to him. He's just a big softy." DAR said. "Trash compactor." Sentenza responded. Something akin to a whimper came from DAR.
Sentenza simply continued along. He hadn't thought that Kadence needed saving in particular. He just felt like helping out and venting a little by attacking the heartless. Sentenza kept the cold detached look on his face, though mentally noted that Kadence was running backwards, which he found to be pretty impressive. Her combat skills were impressive as well. Sentenza gave Kadence a quick glance over. She was also pretty cute, but Sentenza wouldn't say it aloud lest DAR decided to chime in with some inappropriate comment.

Kadence blinked rapidly and stopped mid-backtrack before stumbling slightly. She quickly caught herself and continued her inverted running. "It talks..." she muttered, staring at the machine with wide dark eyes. Her gaze settled back on Sentenza, confusion evident on the younger teen's face. "Right..." she muttered.
He was unnervingly calm, having no personality about him. She didn't necessarily want him screaming at her, just like she just did--okay maybe it wasn't screaming, but she was pretty fired up.
Her eyes roamed up and down around his face. He had dark hair, much like hers, except his eyes were a vivid blue that contrasted against his pale skin. "Kadence," she offered in a brisk tone.
"Trash compactor."
She quirked a smile when Sen said this. A soft giggle even managed to get out. "So, is this like your own personal PDA or what?" she asked, in a bit of a teasing tone. Her expression turned skeptical and she gave the boy a strange look. "I don't think I've seen you around town. You new?" she asked before shifting to walk on Sen's right side.

"Pleased to meet you Kadence." Sentenza said, continuing to walk as Kadence walked along side him. "And don't mind him, he's stupid and is pretty useless without me." Sentenza gestured over to DAR. "Yes, I've been here for around a week. I literally crashed into town." Sentenza said. "Something went wrong with my Gummi ship, and well, the rest is history. I've been staying with two people I met when I first landed, but I just had to get out for a bit." Sentenza was rather reluctant to give details as to why he had to get out for a bit, but if Kadence asked, he would tell her. For some reason, something about Kadence made him feel more open about himself. Maybe it was her upbeat seeming nature, how energetic she was. She was very much unlike the calm and reserved Sentenza. "So, I'm guessing you've been here for a while then? If you notice when you haven't seen someone around, you must be familiar with the area." DAR just watched the two. He could see something happening between the two of them, Kadence and Sentenza, something that he didn't want to screw up with some inappropriate comment.

"Yes, I've been here for around a week. I literally crashed into town."
Kadence nodded as she listened to his story. "Crash landing, huh?" she muttered, screwing up her lips slightly in thought. She had seen plenty of falling stars, but never a falling gummi ship before.
Her eyes flickered quickly to the little robot that Sen had just called useless and she quirked a smile. Now that she actually looked at it, it was kind of cute. Just floating there, it was actually silent for once. It just stared at the two kids with...well she wasn't sure if it had eyes or not.
When he said he was staying with some people, she couldn't help blurting out, "Who?!" She wasn't sorry, she just simply thought that maybe she knew the people if they were residents of Traverse Town. Traverse Town wasn't as big as some of the cities in the universe, but it was definitely pretty spacious. Especially since the Heartless epidemic had calmed down over the last few years, more and more people had come to Traverse Town. Some had still lost their worlds, but not all of them. Some of them were actually charmed by the quaint, quiet, Victorian-like nature of the town.
Kadence put her arms behind her head as she continued to walk. Having short legs than Sentenza, she had to almost run to keep up to his long stride.
"So, I'm guessing you've been here for a while then? If you notice when you haven't seen someone around, you must be familiar with the area."
The teen just nodded. "Yeah, I've lived here all my life, but my parents are from Radiant Garden. So....how are you liking Traverse Town?" she asked, trying to make up for her snapping at him earlier.

It's Time to Say Goodbye I'm not Afraid of you I need to Walk away 'cause I don't wanna be a Liar! | [atrb=style, padding: 0px 25px] "Sophia Lock and Saki." Sentenza answered, though he seemed rather hesitant about answering the question. "And yeah, crash landing. A pity really, I built the ship myself. It stood up for two years though, so I'm pretty sure the net one I build will be even better." Sentenza thrust his hands deep into his pockets. "Yeah, I guess I like it around here. It has a nice atmosphere, and it's relatively peaceful, other than the heartless." Sentenza said. "I'm from a world called Innerpeace City. It was pretty peaceful too." Sentenza thought about his home world, and actually showed a little emotion. He got a far off look on his face as though he missed his home, which he did. Right down to his psychotic cousin. Sentenza quickly snapped back to reality. " DAR continued to simply watch the two of them. Sentenza found this a little unnerving. He noticed that Kadence was nearly running to try and keep up with him, so he slowed down considerably to just a small plod, just to accommodate Kadnece's shorter steps. His face was very quickly back to it's completely neutral expression. He was a little curious as to why Kadence was following him, but he brushed the thought by.

Kadence was able to relax a bit more when Sentenza slowed his steps. She tapped the side of her chin when he named his companions. The younger teen merely shrugged. "Nope, don't know 'em. Traverse Town has grown some and I haven't been home in about two months.
"And yeah, crash landing. A pity really, I built the ship myself. It stood up for two years though, so I'm pretty sure the net one I build will be even better."
Her dark eyes widened. "Wow, you must have a lot of talent to build a gummi ship." Her eyes traveled upwards. Her dad used to work on Gummi ships back in Radiant Garden. At least that's what her mom told her. A frown creased her young features. At least he used to be able to until his accident about six years ago.
"Innerpeace City, huh?" Kade smirked lightly. "Sounds peaceful. Why are you here then if you had such a peaceful home?" Not that she minded him being here. It was always nice to meet new people and hear their stories.
When Kadence looked back down, she yelped and quickly dodged the light pole she almost smacked into. She breathed a sigh of relief and continued beside Sen quietly now. The flicker of emotion when talking about his home world, she didn't miss it, but she wondered if he had lost his world. That would definitely explain why he was here, or maybe he was just an explorer like her. Except, she didn't exactly go on her adventure willingly, she was sent via dark portal by Kiaxi and landed in Wonderland. Now was the first time in months that she had been able to come home.
And the random teleportation of her Star Shard hadn't helped the matter either, but she didn't regret any of it. She had grown stronger, met people, and at least tried to help people. Her young face fell suddenly, remembering the people of Tonner and she looked away from Sen so he wouldn't see the pain. When she had recomposed herself, she gave him a slightly smile, but didn't say anything else as they walked.

I sort of felt like my fighting was being wasted on a relatively peaceful planet when I knew other planets were in danger from the heartless. I felt like their were people that needed helping and I could help them, just not on Innerpeace." Sentenza said, looking up to the sky, "Saaaappppyyyy . . ." DAR yawned. " . . . you know, this conversation was more pleasant before you decided to pipe in again." Sentenza said with a small sigh. He quickly caught Kadence when she nearly walked into the lamp post. "You should pay more attention, it's a good thing that wasn't a heartless." Sentenza joked.
"Do you have a boyfriend? A pretty girl like you must." Sentenza said, mostly trying to make small talk, he didn't realize that saying this might come off as him trying to pick her up. Sentenza was pretty inexperienced when it came to girls. DAR decided not to pipe in at that like he usually would, mostly because he thought it was a good line, and that Sentenza was actually trying to pick up Kadence, though in all honesty he truly wasn't. Sentenza's scarf blew behind him a little in the breeze.

"Wow...you're very heroic," she said with a soft smile. She couldn't help but burst out laughing at DAR's random intervention into their conversation. "So, I guess this is your best friend. He must keep things pretty lively."
Kade giggled at Sen's smart remark. They obviously bickered often. It was strange to see a robot with a personality, but fun at the same time. They probably were good friends, just different personalities conflicting sometimes. She could see that Sen really was a good guy. Kade usually could sense these things about people, and most of the time she was right, even being naive and young.
"You should pay more attention, it's a good thing that wasn't a heartless."
Kadence huffed and stuck her nose in the air, but it was all just a joke. "Yeah yeah. I'm not that much of a damsel in distress," she snorted, but her tone was playful. A spark went shivering up her arm when Sentenza caught her, but it was gone as quickly as it had come.
"Do you have a boyfriend? A pretty girl like you must."
Kade nearly face-planted into the cobblestone, but quickly righted herself. She made a soft humming sound before shrugging. "I don't get out much...ya know?" she whispered, a small smile tugging at her lips before grinning broadly. "What about you? Do you have a boyfriend?" she asked, giggling. "And thanks..." she said softly at his comment about her being pretty.

"We're not really best friends . . . but we are close. Very close." Sentenza said. "I mean he's literally part of me." Sentenza continued walking next to Kade. "Don't get out much?" Sentenza asked, not really understanding quite what she meant by that, but he disregarded it. Sentenza smiled at"Boyfriend? Sorry if I'm shattering some fun little fantasy you were making, but I'm only interested in girls." Sentenza looked Kadence square in the face and stopped. "You know that Cafe near hear right? Could I interest you in maybe getting a snack with me?" Sentenza asked. He said snack because he had already lunch. He had been eating it just before the incident occurred that caused him to leave the apartment. "Anything you want to get is on me." Sentenza said. Though his face showed it none whatsoever, he was beginning to develop a small interest in Kadence. Not a romantic interest, but at least as a friend. She seemed to be very nice, and pretty friendly. "And before you ask, no this sin't a date, we just met. That would be just a little strange." Sentenza said.

"Literally a part of you?" she murmured, trying to comprehend that the little floating sphere was actually a part of Sentenza, who looked to be quite the normal human being. But then again, after falling through a black hole into another world, she could, and almost would believe anything.
When Sentenza questioned her not getting out very much, pretty much rephrasing her statement in the form of question. The teen merely shrugged, trying to blow off the question by being nonchalant about it, but there was still an air of uncomfortable silence.
She just merely smirked and shook her head. "Nope, sorry, no weird fantasies here. I'm the classic kind of girl. Either a real romance, or no romance at all. Doesn't really matter to me," she said with a laugh.
She stopped in her tracks, eyebrows knitting together. She pointed her figure in a random direction then twirled around on her feet. "It's this way!" she said and started walking that way.
"And before you ask, no this sin't a date, we just met. That would be just a little strange."
Kadence looked back over her and smiled sweetly. She believed that it wasn't a date. It was nice to be able to hang out with a guy without it having to be a date and having to impress someone. There was something about Sentenza that made her open up a little more and let loose than her usual quiet self. "Right, alrighty. Let's go!" she said.

It's Time to Say Goodbye I'm not Afraid of you I need to Walk away 'cause I don't wanna be a Liar! | [atrb=style, padding: 0px 25px] Sentenza followed closely behind Kadence to the Cafe. "So, you seem to be a pretty capable fighter." Sentenza said. "Certainly not a damsel in distress, maybe more of a damsel who distresses her captors. Seriously, I wouldn't want to get on your wrong side." Sentenza said before DAR piped in again. "That's right kid, butter her up then go for the kill!" DAR shouted. ". . . pay no attention to him please." Sentenza said. "Oh nice, ignore your only weapon will you?" DAR asked. Sentenza just sighed and followed Kadence into the cafe. "Get as much as you want, I'll manage to pay somehow." Sentenza said, getting them a table and sitting down.
"So, you really don't have a boyfriend?" Sentenza asked. "I really find that hard to believe. I mean, at least from what I can, you have a lot of good qualities." Something dawned on DAR. "Wait, you're not hitting on her?" DAR asked. "Um . . . no. What made you think that?" Sentenza asked. "Well you see. . . er . . . you were just saying some things that sounded a lot like . . ." DAR was trying to articulate the correct words. "Again, please just ignore him, it's far better for your mental health if you just ignore most of what he says." Sentenza said.
